Perform Multi-Page AI Optimization Scan in Outranker

Perform a Multi-Page AI Optimization Scan in Outranker.ai — and take control of your site's visibility across AI-powered search engines like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity. This step-by-step tutorial shows you how to scan multiple pages at once, uncover optimization opportunities faster, and move from setup to actionable recommendations in just a few steps. You'll start from the Outranker dashboard by navigating to LLM SEO Optimization and opening the AI Optimization Scan workspace. From there, you select the Multiple Pages scan option — ideal for assessing more than one URL in a single run — giving you a broader, site-wide view of performance gaps and priorities rather than reviewing pages one by one. Next, you'll enter your main domain and choose how to define your page set: either by submitting a sitemap URL for a structured sweep of your site, or by pasting in specific URLs to focus only on your highest-priority pages such as service pages, conversion pages, or key landing pages. Before launching, the Advanced Options panel lets you fine-tune page limits and scan configuration to match the exact scope of your review. Once the scan is running, Outranker processes each page and builds your results in real time. When complete, you can open any scanned page to explore its Recommendations tab for the most actionable improvements, then dive into Detailed Analysis for a full breakdown of the factors influencing that page's AI search readiness and optimization score. Finally, the tutorial shows how to use the llms.txt Tool inside Outranker to translate scan findings into structured optimization actions — directly strengthening how AI models discover, understand, and cite your content. By the end of this video, you'll have a clear workflow for running multi-page scans and knowing exactly which pages to fix first for maximum AI SEO impact.

Optimize Scan History Usage in Outranker.ai — and transform your AI SEO process from a one-time audit into a continuous, scalable optimization workflow. This tutorial walks you through how to use the Scan History feature in Outranker to track progress, review past results, and deploy improvements systematically over time. You'll begin by logging into your Outranker.ai account and navigating to LLM SEO Optimization from the left menu, then opening the AI Optimization Scan workspace — the central hub where all your AI visibility scans are created and managed. From there, clicking the History tab gives you a complete record of every scan you've run, making it easy to monitor how your pages are evolving and spot trends across different points in time. Each scan entry in the History view displays the website or page scanned, its AI optimization score, and the scan date — giving you an at-a-glance comparison of performance across multiple sessions without needing to re-run analysis. When you need a deeper look, clicking View opens the full scan report, including detailed scores, prioritized recommendations, and deployment options so you can act on findings immediately. Finally, the tutorial covers how to open the llms.txt Tool directly from within a scan report, allowing you to translate your optimization findings into structured instructions that guide AI systems on how to understand, interpret, and reference your website content.
